Unidad de 2012, con acabado Non-Filtered Tobacco Burst, un sunburst poco común incluso en su época, con tonos profundos y transición más oscura, fiel al original. Tapa de arce de dos piezas ligeramente figurada, correcta en estética vintage, alejada de tops exagerados modernos.

Construcción tradicional sin weight relief: cuerpo de caoba de una pieza, mástil de caoba con perfil Rounded ’59 y diapasón de palorrosa oscuro. Unión long tenon, como en las Les Paul originales de finales de los 50.

Equipada con pastillas Custombucker específicas para este modelo, con imanes Alnico III y bobinado basado en la guitarra original. Sonido abierto, dinámico y muy cercano al carácter PAF clásico.

Hardware vintage correct: puente ABR-1, stopbar de aluminio ligero y clavijeros tipo Kluson reissue, todo con acabado envejecido en níquel.

Envejecido sutil, basado en una guitarra original muy bien conservada, con checking ligero y desgaste natural.

Part of Gibson Custom Shop’s Collector’s Choice series, this model is a detailed recreation of a specific original instrument, developed through precise measurements, digital scanning, and direct analysis of the guitar.

2012 example finished in Non-Filtered Tobacco Burst, a rare and highly distinctive sunburst even by late ’50s standards, featuring deep cherry tones and a darker transition, closely matching the original. Two-piece maple top with light figuring, accurate to vintage specifications and far from modern exaggerated flame tops.

Traditional construction with no weight relief: one-piece mahogany body, one-piece mahogany neck with a Rounded ’59 profile, and dark rosewood fingerboard. Long tenon neck joint, as found on original late ’50s Les Pauls.

Equipped with Custombucker pickups, built to match the specifications of the original guitar, featuring Alnico III magnets and period-correct winding. The result is an open, dynamic and highly responsive tone with authentic PAF character.

Vintage-correct hardware including ABR-1 bridge, lightweight aluminum stopbar tailpiece, and Kluson-style reissue tuners, all with aged nickel finish.
